ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన మాట ప్రకారం ఆరు గ్యారంటీల్లో మరో రెండు గ్యారంటీలను అమలు చేద్దామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఏ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. ప్రజా పాలనలో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నఅర్హులందరికీ లబ్ధి జరిగేలా గ్యారంటీలను అమలు చేస్తామన్నారు. మరో రెండు గ్యారంటీల అమలుకు సన్నాహాలు చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రజాపాలన దరఖాస్తులపై ఈరోజు డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో కేబినేట్ సబ్ కమిటీ మంత్రులు, ఉన్నతాధికారులతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ భట్టి విక్రమార్క, మంత్రులు శ్రీ ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు, శ్రీ పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి ఈ సమావేశంలో ఉన్నారు.
రూ.500కు గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు, 200 యూనిట్ల ఉచిత విద్యుత్తు పథకాలపై సంబంధిత విభాగాల అధికారులతో చర్చించారు. ఈ మూడు గ్యారంటీల అమలుకు అవసరమైన కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికతో సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. వీటిలో రెండింటిని తక్షణమే అమలు చేసేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని సీఎం చెప్పారు. ఒక్కో గ్యారంటీ అమలుకు ఎంత ఖర్చవుతుంది.. ఎంత మందికి లబ్ధి కలుగుతుందనే వివరాలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈ బడ్జెట్ లోనే వాటికి అవసరమైన నిధులు కేటాయించాలని సీఎం ఆర్థిక శాఖకు సూచించారు. అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లోపు మరోసారి కేబినేట్ సబ్ కమిటీతో సమావేశమై తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని అన్నారు.
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా గత ఏడాది డిసెంబర్ 28 నుంచి జనవరి 6వ తేదీ వరకు ప్రజాపాలన కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టారు. ఇందులో ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన అయిదు గ్యారంటీలకు అర్హులైన వారందరి నుంచి గ్రామసభలు, వార్డు సభల ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులను స్వీకరించారు. అయిదు గ్యారంటీలకు మొత్తం 1,09,01,255 దరఖాస్తులు నమోదయ్యాయి. జనవరి 12వ తేదీ నాటికే వీటికి సంబంధించిన డేటా ఎంట్రీ రికార్డు సమయంలో పూర్తి చేసినట్లు అధికారులు సీఎంకు నివేదించారు.
వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తుల్లో కొందరు ఒకే పేరుతో రెండు మూడు దరఖాస్తులు ఇచ్చారని, కొన్నింటికి ఆధార్, రేషన్ కార్డు నెంబర్లు లేవని అధికారులు వివరించారు. అలాంటి దరఖాస్తులను మరోసారి పరిశీలించాలని, అవసరమైతే క్షేత్రస్థాయికి వెళ్లి పరిశీలన జరపాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. అర్హులైన వారెవరూ నష్టపోకుండా ఒకటికి రెండు సార్లు సరి చూడాలని కోరారు. దరఖాస్తుల్లో తప్పులుంటే వాటిని సరిదిద్దుకునేందుకు ఎంపీడీవో ఆఫీసుల్లో లేదా తదుపరి నిర్వహించే ప్రజా పాలన కార్యక్రమంలో మరోసారి అవకాశమిచ్చే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. గ్యారంటీల అమలుకు లేని పోని నిబంధనలు పెట్టి ఎవరినీ ఇబ్బంది పెట్టవద్దని చెప్పారు. దరఖాస్తు చేసిన వారిలో అర్హులైన వారందరూ లబ్ధి పొందేలా చూడాలని అన్నారు. దరఖాస్తు చేయని వారుంటే.. నిరంతర ప్రక్రియగా మళ్లీ దరఖాస్తు చేసే అవకాశం కల్పించాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు.

CM Revanth Reddy holds a review on applications received in the Praja Palana Programme (People’s Government)
To fulfill the promises made to the people, Honourable Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy said that two more Guarantees of the six guarantees will be implemented ensuring all the eligible people who applied to the Praja Palana will benefit. The officials are directed to make preparations for the implementation of two more guarantees.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy held a review meeting with Cabinet Sub-Committee ministers and senior officials on the Praja Palana programme at the Secretariat today (Thursday). Deputy Chief Minister Sri Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers – Sri N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Sri D Sridhar Babu and Sri P Srinivas Reddy participated in the review.
The Chief Minister held a discussion with the officials concerned on the implementation of the distribution of cooking gas cylinders at the subsidized price of Rs. 500 to the poor, construction of INDIRAMMA houses and the supply of 200 units of free electricity scheme. The officials have been asked to be ready with the necessary action plan for the implementation of the three guarantees. The CM instructed the officials to make arrangements to implement two of these guarantees immediately. CM Sri Revanth inquired about the financial requirements for the implementation of each guarantee and the details of the number of beneficiaries under each scheme. The CM advised the state Finance Department to allocate the necessary funds for them in the budget. The CM said that he would hold another meeting with the Cabinet sub-committee before the assembly session and take a final decision.
The Praja Palana programme was conducted from December 28, 2023, to January 6 across the state. The government received applications from people, who are eligible to avail the benefit of five guarantees, in the Gram Sabhas and Ward Meetings. A total of 1,09,01,255 applications were registered and completed all the data entry in a record time on January 12th.
Officials explained to the CM that some of the applicants submitted more than one application and some of them did not furnish the details of their Aadhar and ration card numbers. CM Sri Revanth Reddy advised the officials to re-examine such applications and conduct a field visit, if necessary, to verify the details in the applications. The officials are suggested to verify the details of the applicants more times if required so that no eligible will be left to avail of the scheme benefits. Arrangements will be made to rectify the errors or mistakes in the applications in the MPDO offices or in the next Praja Palana programme. The CM warned the officials not to impose unnecessary rules for the implementation of the guarantees. A mechanism will be developed to ensure every eligible applicant gets the benefit of the scheme. The CM ordered the officials to make arrangements to receive the applications as a continuous process and provide an opportunity to those who did not apply.
