అనాథ పిల్లలు, వృద్ధులు, దివ్యాంగులు, ఒంటరి మహిళలు, పేద విద్యార్థులలకు ప్రతి నెల ఆర్ధిక సహాయం
27 అనాథ,వృద్ధ, పేద పిల్లల సంక్షేమ సంస్థలకు నెలకు 20 వేల చొప్పున ఆర్ధిక సహాయం
సమాజం పట్ల తమ ఉదారతను చాటుకుంటూ తమ వంతు బాధ్యతను కార్యరూపంలో చూపిస్తూ టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ ఉద్యోగులు గొప్ప మానవతా కార్యక్రమాన్ని చేపడుతున్నారు. టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ పరిధిలోని ఉద్యోగులు స్వచ్ఛందంగా అందిస్తున్న విరాళాలతో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ చారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్ ద్వారా అనాథ పిల్లలు, వృద్ధులు, దివ్యాంగులు, ఒంటరి మహిళలు, పేద విద్యార్థులు, ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలకు సేవలందిస్తున్న సేవాసంస్థలకు నిరంతర ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందచేస్తున్నారు .
ఎంతో సంతోషంగా ప్రతి ఒక్కరు ముందుకు వచ్చి తమకు చేతనైనంత సహాయం చేయడం, అదికూడా ప్రతి నెల తమ సాలరీ నుండి ఇవ్వడం వారికి అనాథ పిల్లల పట్ల , వృద్ధుల పట్ల, దివ్యాంగులు, పేద విద్యార్థుల పట్ల ఉన్న దాతృత్వ హృదయాలకు నిదర్శనం.
టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్లోని యూనియన్లు, అసోసియేషన్లు ఉద్యోగుల సానుకూల సహకారంతో ఈ చారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్ ఏర్పడిందని , సంస్థలోని ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి నెలకు కనీసం రూ.50 చొప్పున, అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మొత్తాన్ని స్వచ్ఛందగా విరాళం అందిస్తూన్నారు.
ఈ నిధులను సమాజంలోని అవసరమైన వర్గాలకు చేరేలా పారదర్శక విధానంలో వినియోగిస్తూ, ప్రస్తుతం టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ పరిధిలోని 18 సర్కిళ్లలో సేవలందిస్తున్న 27 సేవా సంస్థలకు ప్రతి నెల రూ.20,000 చొప్పున ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందిస్తున్నారు . ఈ విధంగా ఉద్యోగుల నుంచి ప్రతి నెల సుమారు రూ.5.40లక్షల మేర నిధులు సమకూరుతున్నాయని, ఈ స్వచ్చంద సంస్థలు ప్రధానంగా అనాథ పిల్లల సంరక్షణ, వృద్ధాశ్రమాల నిర్వహణ, దివ్యాంగుల సేవ, పేద పిల్లల విద్యా సహాయం, మహిళా సంక్షేమం, మానసిక వికలాంగుల పునరావాసం వంటి సామాజిక సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నాయన్నారు.
ఇటు వినియోగదారులకు మెరుగైన , నాణ్యమైన విద్యుత్ సరఫరా అందించడమతొ పాటు, సామజిక సేవలలో సంస్థ తమ వంతు భాద్యతను నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నారు . టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ ఉద్యోగుల ఈ స్వచ్ఛంద దాతృత్వం సంస్థ సామాజిక బాధ్యతను మరింత పెంచుతుందని, మానవతా విలువలకు అద్దం పట్టేలా ఈ కార్యక్రమం ప్రతి ఒక్కరి హృదయాలలో సేవ గుణం ప్రతిబింబిస్తుంది .
టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ పరిధిలోని హనుమకొండ, జనగామ, భూపాలపల్లి, మహబూబాబాద్, ములుగు, వరంగల్, జగిత్యాల, కరీంనగర్, పెద్దపల్లి, ఖమ్మం, భద్రాద్రి కొత్తగూడెం, కామారెడ్డి, నిజామాబాద్, ఆదిలాబాద్, కుమురం భీం ఆసిఫాబాద్, మంచిర్యాల, నిర్మల్ సేవాసంస్థలకు ఈ ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందుతోంది.
ఉద్యోగుల సహకారంతో సమకూరుతున్న ఈ సహాయం, అనాథ పిల్లల ముఖాల్లో చిరునవ్వులు నింపడంతో పాటు వృద్ధాశ్రమాల్లో ఆశ్రయం పొందుతున్న వృద్ధులకు, పేద పిల్లలకు, దివ్యాంగులకు , అవసరంలో ఉన్న అనేక మందికి కొత్త ఆశను చిగురిస్తుంది.
సమాజంలోని బలహీన వర్గాల పట్ల మానవతా దృక్పథంతో ముందుకు సాగుతున్న టీజీఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ చారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్, భవిష్యత్తులో మరింత విస్తృత స్థాయిలో సేవా కార్యక్రమాలను చేపట్టే దిశగా కృషి చేస్తోంది.
TGNPDCL Employees Extend Support to Social Welfare Activities
Monthly financial assistance to orphaned children, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, single women and poor students
Rs.20,000 per month being provided to 27 welfare institutions for orphans, the elderly and underprivileged children
Demonstrating their sense of social responsibility in a meaningful and compassionate manner, employees of TGNPDCL are carrying out a noble humanitarian initiative. Through the TGNPDCL Charitable Trust, established with voluntary contributions from employees across the TGNPDCL jurisdiction, continuous financial assistance is being extended to service institutions working for orphaned children, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, single women, poor students and economically weaker sections of society.
The Trust was formed with the positive support of employee unions, associations and staff members of TGNPDCL. Every employee contributes voluntarily from their salary every month, with a minimum contribution of Rs.50 and many contributing more. This monthly contribution reflects the generosity and compassion of employees towards orphaned children, the elderly, persons with disabilities and poor students.
The funds collected are being utilised in a transparent manner to support the most deserving sections of society. At present, 27 service organisations functioning across 18 circles under TGNPDCL are receiving financial assistance of Rs.20,000 each per month. In this way, approximately Rs.5.40 lakh is being mobilised every month through employee contributions.
These voluntary organisations are primarily engaged in social service activities such as care of orphaned children, management of old-age homes, service to persons with disabilities, educational support for poor children, women’s welfare and rehabilitation of persons with intellectual disabilities.
Along with providing quality and reliable power supply to consumers, TGNPDCL is also fulfilling its social responsibility through such humanitarian initiatives. The voluntary generosity shown by TGNPDCL employees further strengthens the organisation’s commitment to social responsibility and reflects the human values upheld by its workforce.
This financial support is being extended to service institutions in Hanumakonda, Jangaon, Bhupalpally, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Warangal, Jagtial, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial and Nirmal under the TGNPDCL jurisdiction.
The assistance being mobilised through employee contributions is bringing smiles to the faces of orphaned children and offering hope to elderly persons in old-age homes, poor children, persons with disabilities and many others in need.
With a humane outlook towards the weaker sections of society, the TGNPDCL Charitable Trust is striving to take up social service activities on an even wider scale in the future.
